Location of the hotel is just amazing. The rooms were clean and tidy, the stuff was just fantastic as they have helped with any questions that we've had visiting Barcelona for the first time.

The Hotel is very chic, fantastic location, very friendly staff and unusually large rooms for the old town area. We absolutely loved our stay, even if it was short. Absolutely recommend!

In the center of Barcelona, it is a delicious hotel with Placa Reial views. The rooms are high ceilings and comfortable. There is a pool on the terrace floor and it is very fun to drink something at the pool and watch the square. The hotel team at the reception is very good, they have helped a lot in everything. We especially thank Diego for the heart. He helped us a lot about everything. The room cleaning is fine. The rooms are cleaned every day. It is a comfortable, clean and safe hotel where you can stay with peace of mind when you come to Barcelona. Don't look for another place.

We LOVED our room (32) as it was removed from the plaza a bit and very quiet. The large room and large bathroom provided ample space for my boyfriend who is 6'3 and very muscular! The laundry service was easy and quick and I appreciate the green-friendly aspect of the card key needing to be in the wall for the outlets and lights to have power! Overall a wonderful stay!

Fantastic location, lots of great restaurants, cafes, & shops nearby, but the room was quiet, no noises coming in from the street crowds. The staff was friendly and very helpful, from pre-travel and throughout our stay. The room was small, but comfortable. We enjoyed using the sauna (private booking) and the rooftop patio, overlooking the square below, would have been great to have a drink or go for a swim if the weather permitted (too cold in Feb/March to sit outside!)

Location was fantastic. Room large enough and the bed very comfortable. Ricardo is a legend, was very helpful, and on our leaving, assisted us across the street to flag a taxi for the airport. Pool bar was great, but doesnt open till 5, which means ordering and taking up in the lift a drink from Bar Tomate. Breakfast time great - we always slept in and made a late breakfast. Due to the location, we will stay here again.

The view overlooking Plaza Reial is spectacular. Probably the finest location to stay in Barcelona. The four poster bed was large and comfortable and the room very spacious.

The location was fabulous, the hotel was stunning, I don’t think the marketing photos I saw do it justice. Beautiful high ceilings, very clean and stylish. Lots of great attention to detail, e.g. personalised welcome note, chocolates and a helpful card to help you out with the lighting which was tricky to get right. Comfy bed, great view of Plaça Reial. I stayed on a Saturday night and could hear the lively goings on of the square with its restaurants and clubs which I didn’t mind at all. On Sunday morning I woke up to a very different view of the same, now subdued square, a quaint little market setting-up and unfolding. Reception staff were very pleasant.

From the first warm welcome from the staff as i arrived - this was just a peek at how helpful and professional they were throughout my stay. One of the most friendly hotels I have ever stayed in.
